My Approach

I combine clinical expertise with deep compassion to create a nurturing environment for growth. Grounded in evidence-based practices, my approach offers personalized support tailored to each patient's unique journey—helping you feel more at ease, build self-understanding, and move toward greater well-being.
I view the therapeutic alliance as a critical agent of change in psychotherapy. Whether working with adolescents, adults, or couples, I aim to provide a warm, non-judgmental environment in which my patients can examine the challenges that have emerged in their lives, to explore barriers to meaningful change, and to work toward improving their quality of life.
